What is a Free plan?
When you signup to Whip Around you are automatically provided with a Free plan. This is a basic software package which gives you limited access to the Whip Around software platform. This is great for customers with a single asset or who want to try it out, and helps you get started. If you are wanting to add more vehicles, and customize your forms and have access to the Faults Module, then you are going to want to upgrade to a Standard Plan.
Can I trial the full Standard Plan?
Do you support multiple branches and divisions?
Yes, Whip Around is designed to support large multinational organizations. Our Teams module supports multi branch and divisions.
How many drivers can I add?
There is no limit to the number of drivers you can add. Your subscription is billed on the number of vehicles you have.
Can I get a discount if I pay for a year upfront?
Yes - talk to us about annual discounted pricing.
How long does it take to get set up?
Whip Around has a complimentary setup service for your business when you upgrade to a paid account. Generally speaking we can have your business set up in 10 minutes. You just need to send us a driver and vehicle list along with a copy of your inspection forms to add to Whip Around.
How do I add more assets over my limit?
If you're on the Standard Plan you can go to the Vehicles tab and add as many assets as you like. Each additional asset will be charged pro rata at your per asset price. Only users with Admin access can adjust the plan so if contact your admin user if you need to upgrade. If you are on an older tiered plan please contact customer support who will help you upgrade your fleet size.
